Fire-resistant metal doors
Fire doors are one of the most important elements in ensuring building fire safety. Our metal doors are tested, comply with EN 16034:2014, and have all the required certifications. We offer EI30 and EI60 fire-resistance models made from fire-resistant materials, including the door leaf, profile, thermal insulation, seals, and door hardware (closers, handles, hinges, panic bar). The finish is powder coating, allowing the choice of any color from the RAL catalog. We manufacture single- and double-leaf doors, as well as solutions with glazing and top or side transoms.
Fire-resistant aluminum profile doors
NT 78 EI fire protection system — fire-resistant aluminum interior and exterior doors based on a three-chamber profile system, with a frame and sash depth of 78 mm and 35 mm wide thermal insulation inserts. The robust construction allows the production of large-size solutions. Fire resistance classes: EI15, EI30, EI45, EI60. The infill consists of glazing and fire-resistant double-glazed units in accordance with PN-EN 1279-1:2006 and PN-EN 1279-5:2006 standards. The system is smoke-tight in classes SA and SM according to PN-EN 13501-2:2005.
Fire doors from POL-SKONE
POL-SKONE EI 30 PLUS and EI 60 PLUS are high-quality fire-resistant doors offering fire resistance of 30 and 60 minutes respectively, as well as sound insulation of 27 and 32 dB. Door leaves can be manufactured up to 2.5 m in height, with a choice of over 80 wood finish options, ensuring suitability for any interior. Thanks to their durable construction and modern manufacturing technology, these doors are ideal for public buildings where fire safety and room privacy are essential. In accordance with building regulations, they can also be used as fire separation elements for creating different zones.
