The use of fire doors is one of the main requirements for ensuring building fire safety.
Our fire doors are tested, comply with European quality standard EN 16034:2014, and hold the relevant certifications. We manufacture fire-resistant metal doors with fire resistance ratings EI30 and EI60.
A metal fire door is a complete system made of fire-resistant materials: fire-rated door leaf, fire-resistant profile, thermal insulation core, fire-resistant seals, and door hardware (closers, handles, hinges, panic exit handle).
Finish: powder coating, with the option to choose any color from the RAL catalog.
We produce single- and double-leaf fire doors, doors with glazing, and doors with top or side transoms.
Fire protection system NT 78 EI.
Aluminum fire-resistant interior and exterior doors made from the three-chamber NT 78 EI system.
The structural depth of the aluminum profiles for frames and sashes is 78 mm. The system uses thermal insulation inserts with a width of 35 mm. The three-chamber aluminum system and additional reinforcement elements allow the production of large-sized structures.
Fire resistance class: EI15, EI30, EI45, EI60.
Filling: Fire-resistant glazing and double-glazed units compliant with standards PN-EN 1279-1:2006 and PN-EN 1279-5:2006.
Smoke tightness: Class SA and SM according to standard PN-EN 13501-2:2005.
POL-SKONE EI 30 PLUS and EI 60 PLUS doors, with high fire resistance and sound insulation parameters, ensure safety and comfort inside the building. The possibility of manufacturing door leaves up to 2.5 meters in height and a wide range of wood finishes, including over 80 color options, provides great flexibility to adapt them to individual functional and aesthetic requirements.
Thanks to modern production technology and specially designed door leaf and frame construction, EI 30 PLUS and EI 60 PLUS doors offer excellent technical parameters: fire resistance (30 and 60 minutes) and sound insulation (27 and 32 dB). Due to these features, EI PLUS products are suitable for all public buildings where it is important to comply with fire safety regulations and ensure privacy between rooms. EI 30 PLUS and EI 60 PLUS doors can be used, in accordance with building regulations, as fire separation elements for creating fire compartment zones.
